Terms Of Service

This Terms of Service (General Membership Agreement or  Membership Agreement) between you ("You", "Member", "User" or "Advertiser") and Buxlio sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement. If You do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement Buxlio is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1)	Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join Buxlio without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we will verify the incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

2)	You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

3)	You may refer other people in your household. They must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay or PayPal address/account to register with our program, along with a unique internet connection (IP) and computer to participate. Anytime that more than one account is found at the same computer both are automatically banned from accessing our program.

4) You may only promote your referral link in foreign languages if you do not translate any parts of the site, as English knowledge is required to be a member.

5)	We have the right to suspend or terminate your account if you break the Terms of Service or for any other reasonable reason not included in our ToS, without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be banned without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we may not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.

6)	Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to "auto-click", "auto-surf", "ad-alert", or circumvent or defraud Buxlio your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated. At the ad viewing page, you will be asked to click an image after 30 seconds. Do not click any image before the timer expires. If you do, or click a wrong image, one cent will be deducted from your balance. This is to prevent the use of auto-click software, protecting our advertisers' investments.

7)	All payments are made via AlertPay or PayPal. You can request for payment once your account balance is over the minimum withdrawal limit corresponding to your membership level. Payments will be processed and issued as per order of request, with Premium members having priority. All members will be paid within 2 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. No "ifs", no "buts". There is a 5% fee for AlertPay withdrawals and 3% for PayPal withdrawals, to sustain PayPal mass payment feature fees - in turn, you won't get fees at PayPal. You can only request one payment at a time.

8)	You must have a valid unique e-mail address and valid unique AlertPay or PayPal address/account to register with our program.

9)	Our current pay rate is dynamic, being up to $0.02 for each website you visit and $0.015 for each website your referrals visit. You will only be credited with your referrals' clicks if you had clicked at least one ad at the immediate previous day.

10)	You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you directly refer (one level). 

11)	Advertising fees are to be paid via AlertPay/PayPal only. AlertPay/PayPal accept all major credit cards, bank transfers and AlertPay/PayPal funds.

12)	By joining Buxlio, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

13)	You are not an employee of Buxlio and you are not an independent contractor for Buxlio. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Buxlio has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

14)	Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.

15)	Liability: Buxlio will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Buxlio reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Buxlio, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
